Adam Salomon joined Focus Prescription Benefits as Regional Vice President, Sales in April 2023. As Regional Vice President of Sales for our POP side, he is responsible for driving new business for PBM and POP, through brokers, consultants, TPA’s, unions, strategic partnerships and other PBM’s.
Adam has 16 years of experience in the industry, 13 years’ experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management and three as a consultant. His passion is not only building outside relationships but also assisting where he can with strategies and other initiatives to grow the business.
Prior to joining Focus Prescription Benefits, Adam sold PBM and pharmacy technology for a small company through the same channels and worked on partnerships with other PBM’s to utilize the technology solution. I’ve been working in PBM for several years, so I have more experience in the industry than I’d like to admit. I feel like I’ve seen the best and worst of the industry, so I’m able to bring different perspectives to help us grow.
Adam is originally from Nebraska and lived in Colorado, New York City and Connecticut before moving to West Bend, Wisconsin with his wife and Golden Retriever, Jackson. He’s been married to his wife, Rebecca for 10 years who is an elementary school principal…and very patient. He enjoys playing a variety of sports, working out, hunting, camping, fishing, traveling with my wife and spending a lot of time with Jackson. It’s been scientifically proven that he’s the greatest dog ever.
